"Replacing a new roof can be a very stressful thing, but Chris, the Project Manager at Braxco Roofing made it very easy for me from start to finish. He was very responsive to questions and explained the new roofing technologies well for me to understand. When the type of shingles we picked was out of stock in the surrounding area, Chris went out of his way to search and order the supply from the neighboring state. "From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"
