"My water heater was replaces, Scott replace a part in my showerhead in the master bath he also unclog a toilet .I have not seen great service like this in years. Most company now day’s don’t give good customer service.. most companies just want the money but won’t provide that service well. Senior plumber technician Scott, was very respectful explain every detail of the job to me check everything after, very polite I cannot say enough about him like I said. "I had a hot water heater replaced. My old one was a out 18 urs old. The team came out and replaced with a new Bradford White tank. Great job and left everything neat and clean as they found it. Very professional and the pricing was more than competitive ."

"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-"

"Rooter ProXpress was cordial, efficient and very professional. I hired them to remove my tank water heater and install a tankless water heater. The plumbing technician came out to evaluate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and said I would need an electrician. The electrician came the following day and explained in detail the work he needed to do. The following day both the electrician and the plumbing tech came together and installed the tankless water heater. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will use Rooter ProXpress for future projects and highly recommend them."
