"I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come. 
Ironically, one of my errand stops has used Max's for over 30 years and had recently had service performed at their house by the same driver that was heading to my residence.  That was an unexpected boost that we had chosen correctly!

"Same-day service. I found an online coupon for $99 clean out special which they honored. I wasn't charged a service fee. The man took his time, was very thorough, very friendly, and helpful. He explained everything and offered to have someone come out tomorrow and run a free diagnosis service with a camera to see if there would be a problem with anymore blockage. Very nice company."

"The first garage door opener (and our first claim) went pretty well. The technician was one we had used in the past, and we were able to use CHW's reimbursement option because of the weekend and the car being stuck inside the garage. But had to go through all sorts of hoops and the directions were not very clear, and ended up not getting any money for 3 months. Then came the faucet. The technician they sent mixed up the day that they had set, forcing us to lose half a day waiting for a technician, then trying to reschedule with a technician who never gave us his name and never responded to questions regarding confirmation of appointment time (Ex: I can be at home Tuesday morning or Wednesday afternoon, which one will work? Answer: OK - sent late Monday evening). Then the other garage door's spring broke, again on a weekend. Went through the same process but this time, didn't get reimbursed for the entire amount of the spring and when I asked why, I was told that they "approved the claim based off our rates." Finally, the furnace repair: heat stopped on a Tuesday, contacted CHW, they got back to us late Tuesday evening, saying that an appointment was set for the following Monday! Was able to contact technician and they got there on Wednesday. There was some miscommunication with the technician, but they were proactive and called us and made things right (as far as I know right now) with CHW. Frustrating experiences that should not have been so frustrating. It may be that a company based in NJ is too far away to be on top of things in WI."

Residential service, new construction commercial service\nI love what I do and recently decided to do it on my own. I am new as a business owner. I know how important client satisfaction is and thats very important to me, so I can promise you a great job when I'm done. I'm not going to sell you something you do not need, I'm not going to ask you to join a "club" I'm going to diagnose, repair, fix and only if needed replace your parts or fixtures. Making you happy is the most important thing to me. And I almost forgot I love dogs and cats!

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
