"Great job cleaning and sealing tile floor grout in kitchen and dining room that had not been maintained for years. Good communication. Very professional."

"I couldn’t be any more pleased than I am. Coming from a whole other county I had no idea what to expect! Being a first home owner as well, I was very nervous! But boy was I lucky to find these guys!!! My family and I are extremely thankful for Luis and his team. They had done the most amazing job and communication skills were on point! We knew exactly what was going. So very thankful ❤️"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. Efrain quotes a fair price and follows through with what he says he will do. He is experienced, a good listener, and provides solutions to almost any problem put in front of him. Good business and individual to deal with."

"Great work and completed in in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again."

"We've used MaxCare Flooring Services before. It was great, a good job. They did pretty good. They also gave us an extra bottle of their cleaning solution which is great and then we called back and we were able to buy another one for spots. They came out to bring us the bottle of spotter that we added later after we finished the one bottle, we were able to purchase more at a reasonable price. They came at the time that we requested."

"Our epoxy floor was cleaned to the best of our expectation. The price was fair. Ken was punctual and did everything he said he would. He even left us a bouquet of flowers! We will definitely have him clean our floors again.

"The work was nicely done. With the family still living in the house while all the work was being done we had no issues with dust or debris piling up becoming a hazard. This crew did site clean up before lunch and after work so everything stated neat."

"He did a great job. Very thorough, very clean and he fixed things right."
