"Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Greg had built a previous plain 18X18 garage at a rental property we own and everything went great there so we hired him again.  He handled everything very professionally.  We live in SW Minneapolis and our driveway runs between ours & our neighbors house.  We have a difficult neighbor who stayed "home from work" the day the driveway was poured and Greg was good at handling them.  He came up with the french drain idea and "helped" the neighbors to agree to attach their downspouts.  He also made sure at the completion of the project that the landscaping/ sod was all replaced good as new.  The match to the stucco and dutch eyebrows on our existing home was perfect and everyone who sees our garage says it looks like an exact match of our house.  We love our new garage and anyone thinking of building one and using Greg is welcome to come check ours out."
