"I thought I had fleas and John quickly discovered I had bed bugs instead. He checked the entire house and the only place I had a bedbug infestion was in one bed. He treated the bed 3 times, gave me very clear inspections what to do between his visits and his office support was superb. "Steve, Jesse, Simmons, and the entire team at Carolina Wildlife Handling have dealt expertly and knowledgeably with the small bat colony in our attic. From educating us as homeowners about this protected species and about the health risks associated with their guano to following my lead in not discussing the critters in front of my youngest children until they had been relocated - this crew were pros. They explained each step of the process in detail, came when they said they would, were respectful of property and very thorough, Too bad the bats are now fully excluded and relocated, because it would be a pleasure to hire them again! "Sceptic at first since we have had a bad bug infestation with our house surrounded by trees and really didn't think anything would work. After researching options we hired Bulwark Pest Control who will now come every 3 months to spray around the house, even inside, depending on what service you sign up for. 3 appointments so far and we have seen a huge reduction in bugs in our house!
