"Hired to repair three wood fence pickets but he repaired an entire section that was needing attention. Alem was very good in communicating via text. It was a pleasure to work with him."

"Great To work with! On time and very professional!"

"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"True craftsmanship and excellent customer service. The carpenters were very respectful and polite. Easy to work with."

"I bought my first house last year, and my real estate agent recommended I work with Nick. He is a very patient man who listened to all my questions and answered them thoroughly. Nick made time for me and ensured we addressed all my concerns throughout the process. Together, we tackled a comprehensive list of repairs and upgrades based on the inspection report. Nick and his team handled the roof, windows, and wood damage, and encapsulated the crawl space. We installed new vanities in the bathrooms, granite countertops in the kitchen and vanities, painted and sanded the kitchen cabinets, and put new knobs on all the doors. Additionally, we replaced all the electrical outlets, lighting, and doors, essentially giving the house a complete facelift. The only things we didn't update were the paint and floors. While working with Nick was very good overall, we did encounter some issues. There were instances of scope creep, which extended the timeline, and some communication breakdowns led to mistakes. Naturally, I was frustrated at times, but Nick handled these issues professionally. He fixed the problems and worked with me to ensure my satisfaction, which earned my great respect. A year after the project, I had an issue with termite inspections in the crawl space. Despite the time that had passed, Nick addressed and fixed the problem at no charge because he had done the original work. This demonstrated his commitment to his clients and his integrity. If you're considering working with Nick, I highly recommend him. He is fair, honest, and dedicated to making things right, even if mistakes occur. Many contractors promise they'll get it right the first time, but when things don't go according to plan, they struggle to handle it. Nick is different; he grows, learns, and listens. You're in good hands with him."

"NOCA was great to work with! Responsive, timely, and quality work. They replaced an above-refrigerator cabinet for us. After the first consult, NOCA helped identify the type of cabinets we had from Home Depot (installed before we moved into the house). Then, we scheduled the installation for a few weeks out. We communicated between the consult and installation to make sure everything was on schedule and they arrived at the appointed time. They were able to remove the existing cabinet without damaging the surrounding area and could reuse the trim we had before. I was happy with how communication flowed on the installation day and the worksite was tidied up before leaving. Highly recommend!"

"We discussed placement of all the cabinets. Any and all questions were answered. Job was completely done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price and very timely. I would hire Adam again and also recommend to others."

"M&D Property Solutions did a great job at installing a Radon mitigation system for us. Braden was awesome to work with! All done in one day and completely satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend!"

"True quality and craftsmanship! Very helpful and flexible. Shane and his team were very focused and went out of their way to make sure the job was done with pride and class. I highly recommend them for any project!"
