"Matt, the owner. Is disrespectful and "always out of town". We were quoted for a deck remodeling and a screened porch. Told it would take 6-8 months. 46 months later it was finished. I highly recommend you keep looking. His crew (the builders, did do a great job), but the unprofessionalism of Matt is the reason I leave this post.
