"Cook Remodeling is the best contractor we've ever worked with ... and we've worked with a lot of them. While they were quite a bit more expensive than than the other estimates we received, we decided to give them a try because of the impression we got in our initial interviews. We are glad we made the decision and feel like the extra money was well spent. Our designer & project manager were attentive and -- very importantly -- interested in figuring out how to give us exactly what we wanted. There were unusual challenges with this job and Cook accepted these challenges. Some contractors would have simply told us we couldn't have what we wanted. Cook said they wanted to try to get it done....and they did. We saw our project manager almost every day. He called every morning to tell us what would be happening and who would be working. Each worker showed up on time (important) and -- amazingly -- made a point of introducing themselves and carefully went over what they understood their assignment to be. When we did have a problem with one subcontractor, our project manager was here immediately to find out what was wrong and he represented us to the subcontractor (it usually goes the other way around) and made sure the work was redone correctly. For the most part, we had the same 3 or 4 people working the job and they were all more than competent, caring, careful and very friendly. We are fairly demanding and picky customers but came away from this project with absolutely no complaints. We have other projects lined up and will hire Cook again. We don't need to interview any other firm."

"Huge project. Easy to work with. Educated us during the process. Have used them several times & they will continue being our go-to contractor. Everything they do is done with excellence."

"Raul came in and listened to all of my ideas for our house renovations and gave valuable insight into all of our plans and worked side by side with us to build our forever home. He has impeccable knowledge and attention to detail on every aspect of the job. His crews are hand picked and share his strive for excellence in all they do. They company as a whole is so pleasant to work with and are always available for guidance from beginning to end. Thank you to Raul, Taylor for giving us the home we dreamed of. A special thanks to Ashley, for making sure we were always kept updated on each phase of the project and with amazing people skills. We would love work with Precision Blueprint Developement again because it was such a great experience from start to finish."

"Regal did an excellent remodel on all three bathrooms! Our Master bathroom is now a room we love to spend time in. The quality of workmanship, quality of products used, and professionalism was exactly what we were looking for when we started this remodel. Doug and his team were prompt, kept to the schedule, came in on budget, and the final result was better than expected. Our goal was to hire one firm that could do all the work from start to finish, with one point of contact, and we could trust. We even left for vacation twice during the remodel and they continued the work while we were gone. That’s trust. We Remodel all bathrooms, three, from the floor up: new floor, showers, bathtub, tile, baseboard, moved plumbing and electrical, and all new faucets, sinks, glass doors, and custom cabinet. I highly recommend Regal, and Doug, for your remodel. We’ll be hiring them again for our next project."

"Very well! Josh did a great Job installing. I would highly recommend!"

"Can't believe how fast and responsive they were! I contacted them via email late on Tuesday evening. Got a phone call the next morning at 8:15 AM and they were at my house, had the repair done and even cleaned up the mess that was in the room that they didn't even create! I would hire Cesar again and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has some drywall issues!"

"They were prompt, and did the job in two days as scheduled. Made some repairs for me. The ceiling looks great. They cleaned up the work site. No mess and no trace of the popcorn. Kent was great to work with."
