His crew (son Bobby, & Mario) used a huge vacuum while sanding that left us amazed at how little dust was left behind. They did hand sanding where the machinery wouldn't be able to do the job adequately. Excellent communication early in the process about how long it would take and updating us on their progress. We appreciated the advice on followup floor care. We are very happy with the results!! Fair price for high quality work."

Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged.
