To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.</p> <p>They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. It took them one day to tear off 2 layers and replace some trim boards. It only took them 3/4 of the next day to put the new shingles and flashing on. They also did a good job cleaning up as they went along and afterwards. They were very careful to not allow any debris in my pool."
