"Hank & his crew worked very hard to get the job done in 2 days. Due to another job they had to start the following morning I'm sure they would've have liked to have an extra day to complete the job They Installed a sump pump system in the basement the concrete was a monolithic poured slab a very thick concrete floor they Jack hammered threw to install the sumps drain pipes."

"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."

"Professional and efficient. Chris did an A/C repair on a part under warranty from another company. He quickly coordinated getting the new part through the warranty and completed the repair quickly. Will recommend to others."

"Needed sewage pump replaced and line opened up. Called several others (Barr, A+,Fremyer, Comstock, Tri County) . None knew or cared what to do. I was told various things, call someone else or just ghosted. Powells took the bull by the horns. They tracked down the manufacturer of my old school system here in The Woods and with some detective work diagnosed and replaced pump without digging it all up. Two prior companies had said it needed to be dug up. If you have a REAL problem, call a REAL plumber!"

"The plumber arrived right on time and I walked him through all the problems mentioned above. He spent a few minutes working through a book of parts prices and, I think, standard labor hours and came up with a specific price for each of the items I wanted fixed (all four valves on two faucets, even though only two valves we’re leaking, plus the basin drain and the reversed supply lines). The prices seemed reasonable and Putman had been highly rated on Angie’s list so I asked him to do all the repairs. He finished everything fairly quickly (the longest thing was waiting for pipe cement to harden before turning the water back on. He left everything clean and dry. Later, I had opportunity to discover that Putman stands behind their work. About two hours after the plumber left I discovered that one of the new shut-off valves was leaking. I called the office and explained the problem and asked if the plumber could return that day or the next (I was capturing the leaking water in a bowl so it wasn’t an urgent issue). They said the plumber would return when he had finished the day’s scheduled customers. He arrived a couple of hours later. The leaking valve had a defect that allowed the leak to develop. Two of its parts not been joined properly. The plumber replaced that valve with another new one and we haven’t had a problem since. I was very happy with Putman. The office was very responsive during both my initial scheduling and the subsequent call-back. The plumber who did the work was efficient and friendly. He even offered some advice about maintaining parts lists for our Kohler fixtures bacause parts can be hard to identify for their older products. I will definitely use Putman again when the need arises."

"I hired 4StateHomeInspections to inspect a home, well, and septic system. Dean throughly inspected the entire property and provided a detailed 50+ page report at the end of the day. He was very knowledgable and answered all questions about the issues he pointed out. We were new to well water systems so he talked us through the operation of the well pump and how to clean bacteria from the well and plumbing. I would recommend him to anyone looking for inspection services."

"It went very well, from the initial contact to scheduling the final work. They were very professional, courteous, prompt and overall very pleasant to work with. However, one complaint would be the cost. Although I did accept the estimate of $325 as a reasonable charge, in retrospect, I thought it was a little high for about a 30-minute job of disconnecting electric pump and water source. I did not get other estimates so I have no other cost comparisons. They have high reviews so I assume it is a fair charge. I would use this provider again."

"I woke up to find out I didn't have any water. Tri-County came out the same day and diagnosed the problem: a mouse had chewed through the wire to the pump in the well. The pump was 24 years old which is beyond the normal life expectancy, so I had that replaced also. All work was done the same day."

"Diagnosed problems quickly. Repaired existing water pump same day. Well tank replaced next day. Definitely would call them again. Was reasonable rate for the service."
