"Our new sunroom is impressive, beautiful craftsmanship, amazing attention to detail, replacing an old sunroom. All the windows were wiped clean before they left as well as the ceiling. The windows slide effortlessly. We had a gutter issue and they came up with a creative idea to manage the water. Our neighbors are stopping to see it. We chose the windows floor to ceiling and you can see the ornamental grass through it, a beautiful look. The installers were friendly and easy to talk with. We love it! Highly recommended! A++"

"I just had a sunporch replaced. Everyone was very nice and responsive. I'm happy with the work. The only suggestion I would have would be to ask about pet(s) in the house hold. Not every product is suitable for pets."

It's hard to believe that from the moment I contacted the company until the doors had been installed, absolutely everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, etc. etc. - I could go on and on. I've had so many bad, truly nightmarish, experiences with different home contractor companies over the past couple of years, that I've just come to expect that they are all mostly incompetent, that there are going to be issues, and that it is going to take a lot of complaining to the management, and a lot of return visits to get anything even partially done correctly. And Wayne Bond and Wayne's assistant installer (I wish I had gotten his name because he was so great also) were both so fantastic that I would rate them an A+++++ if I could. I am so impressed with this company and highly recommend them. I'm going to be buying new french patio doors next and would not even think of going to another company. This was just an incredible company to deal with!"

"There are not many businesses that offer retractable screens in Northern Virginia so I was very happy find Tri State Retractable Screens. The process from start to finish was smooth and problem free. I mainly worked with Colby who is very professional and responsive. He was more than willing to work with me via email or over the phone. I provided him some pictures and dimensions and he was able to give me few different options with approximate prices the same day. After my wife and I settled on our choices, it took about 4-5 weeks for the factory to build the screen. After that, the installation was completed quickly and cleanly. "The sunroom is wonderful. The room is made in a factory with solid foam walls and the floor is 8" thick to keep out the cold. We had some rain come in during a storm as the construction had just started despite the tarps Bills team had in place. I called and he was here within the hour to help remedy the tarp replacement. The screens role up and the sliding windows make it easy to open for cross ventilation. I am very happy with the installation and the final product.The price was a little higher than I had hoped but all said I got a great value and an addition that will last."
