"Review for Piazza Roofing Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Piazza Roofing highly enough! We were dealing with an active leak, and they went above and beyond by moving us up the schedule to address the emergency before more damage could occur. From the start, the communication was incredible. Andrew was so kind and professional; he took the extra time to explain the entire situation not just to me, but to my husband and son as well. It was so helpful to have the whole family understand exactly what was going wrong and how they planned to fix it. Andrew’s crew managed to complete the entire roof in just one day, which was no small feat. They discovered that the previous owners had performed unpermitted, substandard work that wasn't done correctly. Piazza Roofing didn't just slap on new shingles they made all the necessary repairs to ensure everything was finally up to code and structurally sound. "I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything. He delivered the quote, along with product and warranty information, the very next day in a professional package. I would highly recommend giving Kerry an opportunity to inspect your property and give you a quote. Whether or not you decide to use Storm Master, you'll definitely know where you stand with your roof's condition when Kerry's done! Sincerely, Todd Ostrowski"

"Owner, Justin Silvey is personable, ethical and professional. From my initial call for a quote to project completion he was available to answer questions and concerns from color selection, dumpster placement and a tricky gutter drainage problem. The Element crew was extremely hard working and courteous, arriving on time and working late when necessary. The quoted price only changed due to numerous wood panels that needed replacement which could not be detected until the original shingles were removed. I was fully informed in the quote of this potential increase, so no surprises there. Cleanup was exceptional as the crew combed shrubbery for debris and used magnetic rakes to find stray nails even in the near lawn edges. The Element roofing crew chief was complimentary of his boss (wanting to please him), his wages and the steady amount of work he receives. We highly recommend Element Roofing for your next roofing project."

"I came home from work at 815 a.m., found Jake and his crew already cutting limbs off of the Maple tree. Took them five hours to remove several mature pine and maple trees. I went to sleep, but my next door Neighbor said I like the way your tree trimmers work, so I hired them. She is having her tree cut down this weekend, since Jake will be here already I am going to have one more mature pine tree cut down. Note:. I was at work when I gave this review, phones not allowed in facility, sorry no pics. But picture three stumps, no mess, debris or nothing and wood was stacked. Several family members came to retrieve the wood and pleasantly surprised that the wood was all stacked neatly by our fence. I am so very glad I called them."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"Matt does outstanding work. I could not be more pleased. I had a complicated installation of a new track lighting system that was confusing, and was delivered with with incomplete instructions. He figured everything out and solved assorted glitches and complications. His work is careful and accurate and meticulous. He also repaired our basement ceiling tile, which was a ‘70s mess. Old fashioned tile had fallen, broken, or worked loose in several spots. I was able to find matching replacements and he quickly made it all look like new. He spent a solid 8 hours straight working on these two projects . I especially appreciated this because he had to come from plus-30 miles away, and I had thought it would take much longer., at least 2 days. Everything is perfect. I would trust him completely with any repair, and I hope to call on him in the future. I will have some projects lined up for warmer weather. He offers far more than a handyman service. I am so glad Angie’s list put me in touch with him. I posted an earlier review after he took care of several, quick small repairs, but these were two big ones and very different. in scope"
