Said some rooms were oversized, & had to pay extra. This has never been an issue with other cleaners, but then they didn’t do as good of a cleaning as Service Pro. Guess you get what you pay for; I would call them again."

"John and Luke are straight forward. Carpet is beautiful. Installation was on a Saturday. They arrived on time and the work was completed by 4 p.m. My only complaint is there was a little more space than I desired between the carpet and some Pergo flooring on the bottom of the stairs. (Space between the trim and the carpet. )This probably would have happened with anyone installing as I had very thick carpet that was removed."
