"Moran Vered and his team worked quickly, and were flexible with their work schedule. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects."

"This is the second time that Raven has done work for me and I was very pleased with the overall quality of the work. The only ding which isn't a major one was that Raven replaced some rotten wood around the door area and the old wood was left on site and was not thrown away. "My family moved into a home built in the early 90's that needed some serious updating. We wanted to be sure the floors and lighting were two of the things done immediately in the home so were were on a bit of a time crunch. Bryant came by to view the project and provided us with a quote within a couple of days. This was key because the qoute was itemized and very detailed. My wife and I decided to proceed with the work though we felt it was a little higher than some others. GOOD THING we did because as the saying goes..."You get what you pay for". Our floors came out great as well as the stairs and the lighting as well. They were able to refinish all flooring and stairs throughout the home to make it wonderful. I have dealt with multiple contractors and none of them have shown the professionalism and promptness that Bryant showed. A simple phone call to let you know he may be running a little late is something that seems to be a lost art these days. All in all we appreciate Bryant and his team and certainly habe recommended him to others."

"Fil and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom; tile from flor to ceiling, floor tile, new plumbing and sink installation. He and his crew were prompt and professional, starting two days after Christmas. Condo is a historic building that had hidden issues related to previous renovation. Schedule was impacted by unanticipated changes, but the crew worked until everything was completed. Cost was reasonable, too include a change order for an emergency repair unrelated to the bath remodel. Fil was responsive to my questions and provided cost saving recommendations. I will definitely use Rocca again!"
