The plumber put a snake down the pipe and it sort of unplugged it temporarily but not entirely, and it quickly plugged up again after a day or so. He said he thinks he got the plug out but I needed a new vent cap put on and then it should work properly. He wanted $600 to put on a new vent cap. I felt that was way, way over priced and declined. My son went out and bought a 50" snake and he got the plug out and my sink works perfectly. I felt that since the plumber did not fix the problem I should get my money back but apparently the owner does not think so since they did not call me back to tell me I could get a refund after I called and explained the situation and said I felt I should get a refund. No, I would not recommend them to anyone."
