In addition, these guys always respond in a timely manner. if you call at 9 am on Saturday, they call you back. You send an email on a weekend  at 5 pm, you get an email back or a phone call. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but they're honest and ethical."

"Amazing!! They found things wrong with our original install....like a return that was just sitting open in the attic sucking in hot installation air. They could have just left it and never said anything...but they didn't. They fixed it...and no extra charge. That's impressive. They also replaced duct work that was too small with larger (which the salesman recommended). The two installers showed up on time, were extremely professional and gave me updates along the way.
