"Donald Rogerson responded very quickly, analyzed the photos I sent him, knew exactly what to bring, and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He reassured me from the start, and took control of the situation with the utmost professionalism and clear communication. His work was impeccable, and he even insisted on cleaning up. I heartily recommend him, not only for water heater issues, but for any indoor plumbing need. He will certainly be my plumber from now on."

"Actually, I ended up needing a whole new water tank. So, I bought and had ESTES install the tankless water system. I couldn't have for a better team of guys to handle it. They were awesome."

"Excellent work and the price was right. Replaced gas hot water heater and 3 shutoff valves. Everything to code for $1900. Very satisfied."

"Scott Wilcox was the technician who responded to my emergency water leak early on a Thursday morning. He came right away and quickly resolved my problem. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and clearly shared what he had done and made sure there was nothing else I might need his help with. The Owner of Eazy Electrical and Plumbing took my original call and was very helpful and communicative and stayed in touch via text to help me find and shut off the water until Scott could arrive. Excellent company, excellent people! Would highly recommend!"

"Everything went well with repair, Brandon with Dream Team came out after hours to help us around our schedule. Thanks again."

"The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

"Rooter Pros showed up at the time quoted, and completed the repair quickly and effectively."

"Great! Mr. Parham arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately (clogged drain line and dirty condenser coil.) He performed the necessary repairs and the air conditioning was blowing cold in short order. I was pleased with price, which was less what I've paid for similar services with big name repair companies. I highly recommend AP Appliance Techs and will use again in the future."

"Plumber was professional and all repairs were completed same day. Great Service! Price was more than I expected but will use them again."

"

The company had done work with us last year and we called again to take care of the problem, the compressor was not kicking on but the fan was working.
The office personnel were very professional and polite and scheduled an appointment for that morning between 8AM and 12 Noon.
At 11 AM the technician call to let me know that he would be late, between 12 and 12:30 PM. He arrived in that time and analyzed what the problem quickly. Gave an estimate with and without a service contract. I chose the service contract pricing. He completed the work and when I was ready to write him a check he noted that there was an addition error. We discussed options and the technician agreed to go with the original quote, which was $100 less.

I have a contract with Anytime Heating and Cooling and anticipate the same prompt and courteous service in the future.
