"Our technician Tim was fantastic. My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. In looking for a plumber, we certainly found cheaper options, but without a doubt, we will phone G Force again (and request Tim as our technician)."

The company had done work with us last year and we called again to take care of the problem, the compressor was not kicking on but the fan was working.
The office personnel were very professional and polite and scheduled an appointment for that morning between 8AM and 12 Noon.
At 11 AM the technician call to let me know that he would be late, between 12 and 12:30 PM. He arrived in that time and analyzed what the problem quickly. Gave an estimate with and without a service contract. I chose the service contract pricing. He completed the work and when I was ready to write him a check he noted that there was an addition error. We discussed options and the technician agreed to go with the original quote, which was $100 less.

I have a contract with Anytime Heating and Cooling and anticipate the same prompt and courteous service in the future.

"Great job, Excelsior arrived earlier than expected after checking to be sure it was OK to come early. When they arrived the immediately went to work removing the old water heater wasting no time. The job was completed within a couple of hours. The work was high quality and the new water heater works well. I checked several other plumbers and his pricing is in line with other plumbers in the area. Netting it down, excelsior does quality work in the time frame promised and at a reasonable price. What else can you ask for --They will be my "go to" plumber."
