After a failed attempt by another group that did not fix the issue correctly and made the leak worst, we were pretty traumatized. Vladimir was very thorough in walking me through what the issue was and the work that needed to be done and priced the job competitively. We ended up having to demo the exterior stairs and redo the waterproof barrier. His team worked diligently to keep to the timeframe we discussed. Vladimir was very responsive when I had a question or concern. He was very detailed and inspected work through each phase to ensure it was properly done. On our first meeting (after a short phone conversation), they brought several swatches of colors and stucco textures, which was excellent because we were egger to do the work right away. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access.
