"My garage door stopped opening or closing, and my first call was to Infinity Garage Door and Gate. I had a very good experience with them about five years ago when Uzi helped me get my garage door working via a phone conversation and didn’t even charge me. I knew when it came time to replace my old garage door motor that I wanted Infinity to do the job. I called in the morning and Jaime was able to come to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours. He even stayed after to help me set up the phone app that allows the garage door to open or close remotely. I am very happy with the quality of Jaime’s work and the system that he installed. A bonus is that with the new rollers he installed, the door is much quieter when opening or closing. "I was very impressed with this company from beginning to end. I had called them late afternoon Friday for an appointment the following day Saturday to fix my father?s garage door.  They said they are booked for Saturday but will call us if they can fit us in their schedule.  I explainned to them that my father is over 80 years old and he would have a difficult time to manually open and close the garage door for several days.  They were very accommodating, they said they will come on Sunday morning and they usually have the parts for repairs and if it?s a matter of repair they will get it done the same day.  On Sunday morning, Sam came, he was very professional.  He tried to repair the unit, unfortunately we determined that the motor can not be repaired and we need a new motor.  He gave us an estimate for a new motor and installation.  On Monday morning, Sam came with the new motor, it seemed that he spent hours fixing the Header Wall and the horizontal and vertical reinforcement, which was not anticipated and included in the estimate.  He did not charge us more than the estimate and he got the job done.  Sam is very pleasant and patient.  Totally impressive. All in all it was a very positive experience and I would definitely call this company again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family members.
