Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. "EVERYTHING WAS GREAT .ON TIME. WORKED WELL TO REMOVE OLD AND BRING IN NEW WATER HEATER. MY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE PRICE. QUOTED TO LOW. GAVE ME A 50 GAL. WHEN I REPLACED A 40 GAL. JUST SAW AN ADD FOR THE SAME TANK FOR 800.00 VS MY 1300.00 I DID NOT NEED A 50 GAL FOR ONE PERSON. 40 GAL WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE. THAT DISAPPOINTED ME A BIT. MY BILL CAME TO OVER 1900.00 VS THE 1300.00 I ANTICIPATED. HAVE OTHER CONSTRUCTION BILLS GOING ON THAT DAY. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED PROBLEM. BUT I AM GLAD I TOOK CARE OF IT BECAUSE I WILL BE GONE FOR 2 MONTHS IN 2 DAYS.. WOULD NOT WANT A FLOOD TO RUN BACK TOO. ALSO I AS TOLD IT WAS A 10 YEAR WARRANTY WHEN IT IS ONLY A 6 YEAR WARRANTY. I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SORT ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT A HOT WATER TANK REPLACEMENT.. MY FAULT FOR BEING IN A VERY BIG HURRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM FOR MY TENANT, I STILL FEELTHEY ARE GOOD. CALLED THEM TODAY BUT NO ANSWERE. HAD SOME QUESTIONS FOR ROLANDO. HOPE THEY CALL ME BY MONDAY."
