"Heart contacted me immediately - Even though it was on Easter Sunday. The technician performed the repairs satisfactorily. The only recommendation I would add is that I received 2 text messages, saying that two different technicians had been assigned this job, and they were both on the way. Plus, it was a little pricy for the parts and amount of time taken to complete the job."

His team is professional, courteous, thorough and work quickly. The water heater repair and piping, floor drain, sink repair, dishwasher installation and toilet installation were each addressed in a timely manner. His prices are competitively fair, and all work has been impeccably completed to satisfy the inspectors and me. In the past, they've fixed my drains and sewer lines, too. "Will, did an excellent job installing a flood light. There was no cost for the estimate and he made suggestions for where I might find good quality flood lights. He ran new wiring and an outside conduit to where the flood light was installed. He tested the photocell and said to let him know if there were any issues. The light works as intended and I’m very satisfied."
