During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! "We had a wonderful experience with Everlight Solar. Nick did a great job of going through and explaining everything and how it would all work. The crew does a fantastic job and they do it quickly. They even suggested a placement change of the panels on the spot to maximize my production. One thing I wish is that I had added a couple more panels to the system beyond what they recommended- just to get that extra going back into the grid. I have seen the cost savings in just one month on my utility bill. More sun would be better but I did record 74% less consumption for Sept. than the previous year! "Actually I didn’t dislike anything.  I thought he was knowledgeable and pleasant.  He was professional and he knew what he was doing.  He did a good job.  His price was comparable because he was pretty much in the middle of everyone else.  He was very friendly and punctual.  He was good.  I would recommend him.  I had some other people come in and give me an estimate, and they were way over $600 or $700.  He was pretty much at a lower end and I was happy with what he did.  I will use his services again in the future."

"Freier's provided an extensive estimate and took a great deal of time explaining how the system works, what to expect with the install, what the estimated cost savings and payback period would be.  They came out several times to discuss which method of coil installation would be best for our situation (vertical or horizontal) and they explained who would be here and when.
When the big day arrived, Ryan, who was the point person for the project, came out to meet us when the drillers showed up.During the project, he was very responsive to my concerns and also with an issue that came up in which the drillers couldn't frill as deep as they needed to (due to the depth of our well/water table).  Rather than forging ahead as originally planned and risk contaminating our drinking water, Freiers worked with the drillers to drill an additional 2 holes to compensate for the loss of area due to the shallower holes. 
Once the coils were installed, Freiers did a fantastic job getting the geo pump and electrical connections installed inside the house with the installation of an off-peak meter and connections from way across the house....they needed to do extensive re-routing of the eletrical for this but they made it work and were so pleasant!  They always showed up on time and worked diligently for several days until all was completed.
Once the system was ready to go, Freiers spent the needed time with us to explain how to use the controls and to understand what all the blinking lights meant and when to call in case of a problem.  About 6 months after the system was installed, something went awry with the geo pump.  I called and they came out immediately, determined that there was a bad circuit board somewhere, and replaced it free of charge within the same day.  The geo sustem works great, has saved us money, and I know that we are always 1 phone call away from Freier's if problems arise!  Excellent company.

"This project went very well. Nick Murphy was the Kevter Construction associate who worked with us on this project. He spent time discussing the project with us so we got the services we actually needed. He provided a copy of his liability insurance which my husband requests from every contractor we work with and pulled all the proper permits. He came on the days and at the times we arranged. He was very pleasant, professional and tidy in his work habits. The project was finished in a timely manner. The electrical inspector wanted additional grounding wire added to our water meter. Nick came out the next day to add that wiring at no extra cost to us. I love my new bathroom fixtures.
