"The Illi team did a fantastic job installing new wood flooring in our home. From the estimate to the finish of the project, Dave was thorough, responsive and maintained communication. Even when we were struggling with making some decisions he was patient and offered helpful suggestions. We would use Illi Hardwood Flooring for any future needs we may have and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to start a hardwood flooring project."

"Filipp and his crew were very supportive. Initially, when other contractors didn’t think the flooring could be done as requested, or with weeks delay, and not letting me source the material, Filipp came in right away, gave the estimate and was ready to work. They removed all carpeting and installed bamboo flooring throughout the house, including stair cases. The install went well, finishing on time, despite some logistic and install challenges."

"The outcome ended up wonderful! I got 4 bids for the job and Metro Floors fell in the middle of the quotes and I am thrilled I went with Metro Floors. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and after the new tile in the master bath shower was installed I did not like how one of the stone tiles looked. It was not related to the installation but to the imperfection in the natural stone tile itself. I requested they replace that stone tile with a different piece. They said no problem, tore out the piece in question and replaced it at no additional cost - that is first class customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend Metro Floors and will use them again in the future."

"We are extremely pleased with our remodeled bathroom! Brian also installed LVP flooring throughout the main level of our home, & it looks amazing! He did an excellent job of communicating, which is very important to us. This was true when he scheduled a plumber & electrician for the bathroom, as well. Ours was a complete bathroom remodel & Brian paid attention to all of the details —flooring, shower, soaking tub, vanity, mirror & lighting. If there were unanticipated decisions to be made, he always asked us before moving forward. We encountered several setbacks for materials that were NO fault of Brian’s, which delayed the completion of the bathroom, but he continued to maintain his high standard of skills & workmanship. We appreciated his work ethic, & the beauty of the new bathroom & flooring are worth the wait! Great conversational skills & sense of humor were also true of Brian & his assistant, Jacob, which added to this positive experience. Highly recommend this contractor!"

"I was not ready to hire. Will reengage with them once I get back to town."

"Fantasticly! Anton and the entire install crew were great to work with. We've been very happy with our carpet and vinyl flooring."

"Shower needed more work then anticipated, he was not able to do repair. He was very knowledgeable & informative though in explaining the repair needed & license required."

"Jimmie and his crew are awesome!  This is the third time we've used them; first for installing the carpet and then twice for re-installing the same carpet when we had to pull it up due to water.  They have always been efficient, professional and prompt.  Excellent service - I'd use them again and again and highly recommend them!
