Scratch resistant and waterproof a must for a kitchen floor. I shopped around with other floor contractors which I highly recommend doing before you start your project. Compare the prices for materials and the labor. He has a supplier that carries there own materials at a better price than big stores. You can see for yourself. His labor was fair. We had put off having flooring installed because a good portion of it was ceramic tile and glued linoleum. We imagined it taking days to demolish all of the floors. His price was competitive and his workmanship was excellent. He refinished our FR floor from a dark oak stained parquet floor to a natural finish… so good. Our pups had peed and stained some of the flooring. Glen repaired or replaced all of the stained areas. He was always on time and kept us in the loop as to how long the job would take.
