"I called Window Genie and got (I reckon) their answering service, to whom I gave my home address, my e-mail address, and a description of the work I wanted done. That evening, I received a message in my inbox, with a quote. Apparently they had looked up my home address and found my home's size, and the quote was based on that. I was also quoted an Internet/Yelp discount, I wonder if the phone number in the Yelp database is one of several, so that if someone calls that number, they know that the person had found them on Yelp. Note: absolutely NO debris from the gutters was left lying on the ground. They even went above and beyond the call of duty and wiped most of the dirt off the top of a garden window that is almost inaccessible. They offered to clean the solar panels using a brush and deionized water, but I declined."
