The joints show and there is fraying around the edges. Stairs have carpet fibers sticking out everywhere. I have been involved in construction for 50 years and seen thousands of yards of carpet installed. In my opinion O'Krent hires whoever is the cheapest, and then doesn't follow up. I have left emails & messages, but no response. I think there are Carpet Companies who handle the same products in the area, but do a better job."
