The first was a second-story deck off of the master, with a vaulted screened room and a spiral stair leading down to the patio area. The roof lines complimented the existing roof beautifully. The second project was a 3-phase building: â ¢ Phase 1 was my 45'x30' woodworking studio with 24' vaulted ceiling. This is a metal building;. â ¢ Phase 2 added a 2-story 20' x 30' one bdrm 2 bath apartment to the back of the studio, including floor to ceiling glass windows on the back side. â ¢ Phase 3 will be converting the structure into a 4-bdrm house when I am no longer able to do this work. It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up. Joe went to what seemed like extra efforts to save costs on some things, keeping the overall budget quite reasonable. Overall, it was like working with family!"
