"Day one everything was great! Josh showed up with his guys we bought them food and a case of beer. Had a couple drinks laughed etc. Frank the owner a fellow veteran had me convinced it was going to be a two day ordeal to tile and grout our backsplash? 6 days and 140 man hours later I was sadly mistaken. Josh was so frustrated with the job he stopped talking to us by day two and would just walk right past us for days without even saying hello or good morning? Unless we prompted. So much so my wife just stayed upstairs because she felt so uncomfortable. Out of frustration I called frank the owner and he came out giving ever excuse under the sun and only cared about getting paid when they did a horrible job? as a homeowner I should not have to explain to them how to lay tile properly! I asked Frank to honestly answer one question? how many backsplash jobs has your company done? shockingly his answer was ours was the first. Then asked for more money to fix their screw up!!!"

I have a full time job doing construction for new communications towers for various services. It includes all the job skills I listed including some masonry work for setting pads and then cabinet networking cabinets on top. I can also program equipment and worked in the past for Microsoft at the data center. I have my tools in my truck and small set of power tools. circular saw, cordless, and power drill, impact drill and band saw. i can also replace parts on vehicles, ts and diagnosis is more suited for a shop, all I offer is installation of replacement parts for that. "Service man arrived at end of window. Cleaning appeared to be well done--carpets are clean. However service man was very aggressive with his machine and when carpets dried, they were stretched with large folds in main rooms. SS rep inspected and said that was normal (although it has never happened before with SS or other cleaners in this house). SS refused to try to stretch carpet or take any responsibility."
