"I hired Robles Renovation to install tile flooring in my first rental home. Initially, he had to postpone the project due to cold, wet weather—showing that he prioritizes the safety of his team. His pricing was fair and realistic, unlike other contractors who quoted me $2.50 per square foot for removal and $4.50 per square foot for installation. The quality of his work was excellent, though it took some time to complete. As with most projects, you can typically choose only two out of three—affordable pricing, fast work, or high quality—but not all at once. Robles Renovation delivered on affordability and quality. "I would never recommend this group to anyone. The project was left an unfinished mess with much of the work they did complete having to be repaired/cleaned up/ re done by another contractor. They sadly were paid in full after their personal request, our fault and lesson learned, but after paying them they never returned funds or followed through on the many "I will make it right" promises. They now operate under the name "Over the Best Remodeling" and we have had to turn the matter over to legal counsel due to the epic issues associated with their "work" on our project. They no-showed, lied and made many unprofessional mistakes even while we provided them ample time in order to correct the issue. Do not use this group."

"Terrible. Do not trust this contractor. Substandard work throughout (collapsing bedroom ceiling after framing and drywall was applied to enlarge the bedroom), very poor quality painting, dangerous and shoddy electrical work in my attic, and the contractor failed to repair the damage his debris bin caused to my asphalt driveway. Absolutely terrible experience. Sadly, the VA Regional Office in Houston paid him in full and denied me the opportunity to contest his outright lies about the asphalt damage. I shudder to think what happens to my fellow disabled Veterans who lack the background I have in electrical work, painting, etc. when this contractor does VA funded remodeling in their homes. I’ve had to involve VA Headquarters in Washington DC on these issues. I am a longtime Veterans advocate.
