Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. "Steve removed existing kitchen Fossett as requested, Then installed our newly purchased kitchen Fossett, and replaced cold water shut off valve, and rehung a water hose going to the dishwasher, and put in a blank Where the soap dispenser had been .Dishwasher hose and the blank we’re done on his part without being asked he just noticed that they needed to be done. My son-in-law installed a new faucet I had purchased a couple years ago, but never installed.  He did a great job but when he turned it on the water just trickled out.  He was unable to determine the problem so I called Noble Plumbing.  I found his listing on Angie's List.

He was able to find that the hose running through the faucet was plugged with something, clear it, and put it back together.  It works great now.  He even found a leaking supply line and replaced it.

I asked him if he had time for another small job, fixing the loose faucet on my jetted tub.  The only access was through an access under my sink.  It was a very tight squeeze and around plumbing lines, but he was able to get it tightened and working fine.

He is great to work with and very professional at his job.  He did great work.

"JA Bertsch was the most amazing company to work with. I recommend them to anyone, and truly wish they would expand beyond heating and cooling so that I could hire them for all my home care needs! They were very professional and provided great options for us to choose from when replacing our furnace and air conditioner. They improved the return air system so that it was actually installed to work (the home builders DID NOT do this correctly). Our chosen furnace system did not arrive in time for our installation, so they upgraded us for free to a better system that they had in store so that they could install on the arranged date. "Wonderful. Tom and Justin were enroute not only the same day, but in an hour or so. Hubby had installed new water softener and the kitchen sink had air constantly in the line. His troubleshooting did not resolve our issue. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and humorous. Tom found the dual minor issues right away. My mother has a new air conditioning unit (similar to heat pump) that was installed by another company. Outside temperature yesterday was 96 degrees and the unit stopped working yesterday around noon. By the evening time, the house was 86 degrees which is dangerous for her as she is in her late 80's and homebound. I called the company who installed the unit and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could come out even though the unit is still under their warranty. (Oddly enough that company also has "A" rating through Angie's List but I'm puzzled how that's possible.) The service coordinator was terse and said they only did "first come, first serve" which I understand when dealing with most of us. However there are times when priorities are needed.

I found Aire Serv on Angie's List. From the beginning of the call the experience was positive and very helpful. She acknowledged that home bound and elderly people needed to have a quicker response. She agreed to try to get someone out the next day and would try to get someone there today so would call me with more information ASAP. Meanwhile my husband attempted to problem solve the issue and fortunately managed to fix it. That is the only reason that Aire Serv did not do work for us. I will absolutely use Aire Serv the next time we need anything and highly recommen
