The gate that was installed is excellent. For the fence, however, plastic plugs were used instead of metal ones on the hollow uprights that project above the top rail, and one of them has already broken off.

Also, if you intend to use the Angie's list coupon, make sure the specified discount is shown on the initial estimate. I presented the coupon after the work was done and the owner refused to honor it, claiming it was already factored into the price.

At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. Since I use a wheelchair he greatly improved the entrance to the shower area with some mosaic tile. it was a very difficult area to work in and he did a great job.
