They pointed out things they saw that needed to be repaired and we decided to have them seal our adobe, repair our stucco and a few support beams, and paint it all. Did an excellent job with all and the price was great They came back after finishing and made sure everything was done, things were put back, and the yard was picked up. Great people to work with. . I asked for several estimates, and Erik from EH Handyman Services had the most reasonable bid by far.....very fair! Erik properly prepared the surface of the roof before applying 2 heavy layers of roof coating material. The preparation included removing (and later replacing) some terra cotta trim tiles, and performing three-course re-sealing of the roof penetrations.
