"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."
