"They did an AMAZING job! I had another "professional" company come out and they cleaned the top of the tile, but the grout and travertine still looked HORRIBLE. Previous owners put wax on travertine for many years and sealed all the dirt and grime into it, the grout looked worse than an old gas station bathroom- they made it look like NEW! The shower floor and walls that they did was also amazing. I can't say enough good things about this company. Customer service was stellar, excellent communication, showed up when they said, did what they said they would do, and exceeded expectations. I flip houses and it is VERY rare these days to find a company like this. I highly recommend AZ Grout Busters. I will be a customer for life, and sharing my experience with all of my realtor and broker friends."

"John Mourelatos always showed up when he said he would, and did a very high-quality professional job.  There were other workmen involved for the plumbing and electrical work, and he interfaced and cooperated well with their scheduling needs.  He's more expensive than a lot of the many tile guys you can hire, but worth it if you really want the job done right.  (We turned down his bid on a previous job where we were not as fussy about perfection, and saved a lot of money to get a satisfactory result, but on this job we really wanted the best so decided to go with him.) <br />"

"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"My twelve year old tiles and grout were looking tired.   I contacted Kim at the recommendation Chris Golden of Complete Flooring. <br /> Kim came to the house and explained what she would be able to do to give us a new looking floor.   We picked a new grout color and Kim very graciously re-arranged her schedule to accommodate the work before we have out of town guests. <br /> The work took about 6 hours to complete and we couldn't be happier.  The floors look brand new.  The grout looks perfect. <br /> I highly recommend Kim and the Grout Connection. <br />"

"The two technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved furniture as needed and were very careful with all the items to be moved.  There was a problem when they tried to hang the drapes over the curtain-rod.  In trying to stuff the bulk of the drapes between the curtain-rod and the wall, the curtain-rod pulled off the wall.  Fortunately, they were not hurt when the 10 ft. long iron curtain-rod fell down. It would have been best to ask me what to do with the drapes to get them away from the tile floor, as I could have taken the drapes down for them, which is what I finally had to do anyway.  The cleaner they used for the tile did an excellent job of cleaning the grout.  All of the cleaning went very well; they first cleaned overall and then went back over stubborn areas.  All the water was thoroughly removed by suction, which I much appreciated, as it made the drying time relatively short.  Both men were very professional and courteous.  Their work was thorough and they worked with care. I was quite pleased with the result and will definitely use them again. <br />"
