"We are the owners of a townhome in Oro Valley, Arizona and recently had the pleasure of working with Michael on some roof and gutter repairs to our home. He came in the day after we called him and gave us a quote to repair the damaged wood, remove the gutters and some sundry other wood that was damaged, supply all the wood that was somewhat rare and not used much in today's construction. He said he would need a day to get the supplies and would start the following day and complete the work in one (1) day. He started bright and early and completed all the work in a very workmanlike fashion, cleaning up after each step. He hauled away all debris as well as the gutters and left our place spotless. You wouldn't have known anyone was there. We highly recommend him and give him an excellent rating for his work."

"I called Intelligent Design in the morning and asked if there was any hope of a service call on the same day. The service rep asked if the situation was an emergency and I had to honestly say no. They has several emergencies at the time but they would try to get to get a technician out. At approximately 4:00 PM two technicians were at my door. They took pictures of the problem with the ac unit so there was no doubt of the reason for the failure. They had part they needed and the air conditioner running in 20 minutes. The Techs were just great. The price of repair was reasonable. They had to clean the evap coils and replace the inline current controller. I will of course call them if we have another problem with our A C"

When I contacted them via Angie’s list, I was called within 2 days to discuss the issue with our roof. An appointment was made. I was also informed as to a possible future date when any possible needed work could be done. I received confirmation by email, as well as a telephone reminder. I was also informed of the time and the name of the representative coming. I was also informed promptly of a change in the representative who was coming. The rep called 30 minutes before arriving and was on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a service I did not need. A business gets full marks from me if they come when they say they will come, turn up on time and are professional in there interaction once they arrive. There is nothing worse than waiting all day for a business rep to turn up and at the end of the day there is a “no show”. A day wasted. "Just as Joshua promised, the crew arrived at 7:30am on Monday March 13th and began the process of cleaning, stripping and repairing my roof. They also repaired my cracked and torn Parapets and resealed all my skylights and windows. On Tuesday, they finished the repairs and put down the 1st coating of Tan Apoc Sealer. That was followed by a second coat of sealer applied on Wednesday. Then as promised, I received almost 50 pictures of the job from start to finish. IT LOOKED LIKE I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ROOF. It also made it evident I needed to have some wood repair done to exterior of my house that extends up beyond the new roof. Who knew wood rots?
