"Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. Dan managed the job and was nothing but a complete pleasure to work with. Shawn and crew did the vast majority of the work and were also a pleasure to work with. We did have a few finishing items we weren't initially satisfied with, but I'm only saying this because they made it very clear that they wanted us to be COMPLETELY satisfied, and to tell us of any concerns. Dan really went above and beyond here, and he and the crew addressed each of our concerns. "Chris and his crew were excellent. The extent of Chris' knowledge was quite impressive. He made me feel like I was finally in good hands by showing and thoroughly discussing everything he found. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. They were courteous and cleaned up, leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived. They were very polite and more than willing to do whatever was necessary to help me complete the project as I wanted. I can not thank Chris and his team enough and would absolutely recommend their services."

"Chris of CM Contracting contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment to discuss the projects.  He conveniently scheduled an evening appointment to meet with me.  We reviewed the projects and he offered advice on the door that would work best in my home.  When the materials were in, Chris contacted me to schedule an appointment to complete the work.  At the scheduled time he arrived promptly with an electrician and 2 others to complete the work professionally and promptly.  They installed a toilet, a ceiling fan with a remote, a hallway fixture and a bi-fold door.  They did excellent work, removed the old items and cleaned up the areas they worked in.  I just moved to the area and I am extremely pleased to find a contractor who does excellent work at a fair price. "We contacted Precision Paving and Landscaping because the area where we wanted a patio was uneven and hilly so having a company that was good at laying a firm foundation seemed imperative.  We were not disappointed.  From the start, owners Michael and Jay were responsive, patient, creative, and professional.  This was a difficult project given the terrain, and their thought and planning to put in the patio really paid off.  Along with ending up with an incredibly solid patio, they developed a tasteful design for an oddly shaped area and installed an intricate and extremely attractive paver pattern.  The final result is beautiful and has elicited rave reviews from everyone who has seen it.
It is important to note that Michael and Jay proved to be honest, hard-working, and thoroughly enjoyable people throughout the entire 8-day project.  They also took care of some unplanned tasks and supplied much more stone than was anticipated for no extra charge. In addition, their estimate was the most reasonable of any we had done, and they stuck to it.

They came out promptly, and after talking to Nick, I decided to repair my parking area, which was cracked and had standing water issues. It took a bit longer than I expected to get them out to acutally start the project, but when they came I was more than pleased with the service and the knowledge that Nick had.
