"At first we hoped to just repair the Water Heater, but Seth felt it needed to be replaced. After some considerable thought and analyzing their information and our budget, we replaced it and asked for an estimate on other repairs. We needed a lot of repairs. They were not the cheapest guys on the block, but they did everything 100% correct and finished in 1 day."

"Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.
His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone, completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!
The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.
I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"Rick was excellent. Our water heater died during a cold snap in January. We called another plumber, he tried to revive our old Navien water heater that was located outdoors, but it was beyond repair. The other plumber gave us an estimate to install a new water heater in our garage. It was way too expensive. We called McCoy, and he gave us a very reasonable estimate, given that the gas line had to be extended from one side of the house to the other. Rick listened to our concerns and objectives, and provided what we wanted. Josh and Taylor showed up and worked quickly and efficiently, and it was a long day at that. The new water heater is working very well, and we hope to have no problems during future cold snaps. The new water heater is a recirculating model and we have the wired remote located in the house. This configuration works very well for us."

"As most people do I used the messaging thru Angie's List to try and schedule an appointment to quote cost to move water heater; they replied several days later with a time frame, I replied the same day with a date and time they suggested; two days later they state the following We do apologize but the schedule has been booked up today. To accurately get this put on the schedule you can reach our office at 704-634-4466." First attempt to do business with them, from a Messaging, Responsiveness and Professionalism I did not receive good service."
