"I would highly recommend Mellow Contracting for roofing. Sean is the owner and extremely knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to speak with. After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses. My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. They even caulked any exposed nails exactly as he said in his proposal. Seanâ s team is very nice and efficient and they installed the roofing system exactly how they would on a large house. After they were done they cleaned up everything and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Sean and his team. Donâ t hesitate to have Seanâ s company install your roof. He will give you a very competitive price and do exceptional quality work."

"Had Springfield put new shingles and gutters on my home. It was all done and finished in a day"

"I’ve used Amazing Skylight on 3 separate occasions. The 1st time I had a skylight put in my kitchen, in a bathroom with no window and in a bedroom that didn’t get a lot of sunlight. Several years later I had them put a skylight in my entryway. This last time they put a new roof on my house. Each time they were both friendly and professional and best of all each time they did a great job. I will definitely use them again and with peace of mind."

"Alamo roofing replaced a standing seam metal roof, downspouts and asphalt shingles on my 100+ year old building. There were a few hiccoughs during the project that caused me to reduce my rating from 5 to 4 stars but I am very happy with the finished project. Their customer service was superb and I have already recommended them to others."

"The young man that I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He inspected the roof, took pictures, and explained what he saw. He identified additional cracked shingles that if not repaired would have required another trip and another repair cost. Not only was his quote below everyone else, but he was also proactive in addressing my repair needs, AND saved me future expenses. The before and after pictures showed that cleaned the work area and the repair looked much better than just a "repair". Not only do I highly recommend C&A, but I will also definitely call them for any future roof repair needs."

"I thought Presidential did a good job replacing my roof. I thought the pricing was fair and the job was done from first contact with the company to finish in ~1 month. I would use them for home repair services again."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"Techno Contractors, LLC. Did a great job. On time, courteous and quality of work is out standing. Would hire again. Attention to detail was outstanding and even ran a magnetic device to ensure that all the old roofing nails were picked up."

"We were very pleased with the quality of work delivered on our project to repair our indoor stair railing. Over a period of two decades our cat had used the railing posts as a scratching post. We were concerned that the repair might not be esthetically pleasing without a full replacement. We were delighted that a pleasing and economical solution was delivered for this project in the promised timeframe. The assigned worker communicated well, offered options and delivered beyond our expectations."
