There were three men in his team. Mr. Boothe told me that the man who operated the Bobcat had been working for him for 20 years. The other two men had been working for him for more than 8 years. "The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

Work done to my townhouse includes: new upper deck, new sliding door from kitchen to deck (break through wall, remove windows, install sliding door); demo existing basement level deck and replace with stamped concrete patio, demo and replace fencing, stain fence. All work was done well, in a timely manner. Communication was very good most times. Small problem with some digging and underground wires, but contractor fixed problem immediately.
