"Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. The work was completed within a few days after selecting Bamboo Tree and Landscape Service. Jose and his small crew (3 others) showed up at the scheduled time and were most professional and courteous. "We contracted Chris Arneel and his team to remove several cypress trees that were very tall and close to our house, prior to replacing the roof on our house. We were initially concerned that the trees overhung our and neighbour's house and it might be risky to take them down. But Chris has done an outstanding job. They developed a technique, allowing to cut pieces of trees and safely bring them down. Also, the large brunches were roped away from the house then cut, so that they don't fall on neighbour's property. The result is that we got rid of old tall trees and now have very clean area for planting something else. Chris then removed the stumps as well. I have to say that Chris is a man of a word, he is prompt and delivers exactly what he signed up for. I would not hesitate to contract him next time when I have a need. Thank you Chris Arneel!"

"When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."
