"Great communication, quick and efficient completing repairs to my flat roof."

"Met them at a booth at teh Dulles Spring Garden show and scheduled a free visit to get an estimate.  First visit was professional, thorough as to possibilities, and offered us a very fair price.  Installation was on the day scheduled, very efficient, and very professional. Most of the installation was done via the exterior roof.  The crew cleaned up the area very well and everything is great!  Highly recommended for their competitive prices and professional installation.

"Price was good. Roofing and gutter replacement completed on time. Good group to work with, I would definitely recommend - great job."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the deck repair that Jose and Melvin of JW Home Improvement performed for us. The attention to detail, beautiful joints, use of screws instead of nails, and the particular attention appearance and completeness. The site was left spotless. A special thanks for your dedication to working in such cold weather. Thanks."

"The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."

"These guys are the best! They seriously care about their customers and really strive to make sure they deliver a great product. They were on time, quick, and clean. My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we are completely happy with the services provided! Talk about great customer service! The whole experience was so easy. The salesman/inspector was not pushy, and provided a very reasonable quote for what we needed. They also replaced all our rotted wood in the roof/trim."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"Fab Build Pro is fantastic. Without me paying them, they worked with me for a year, fighting my insurance to get my whole roof replaced, not just the spot I called them out for. They handled it and we fought, but the damage I had seen became worse before insurance approved the whole roof repair. I really appreciated their time, effort and dedication to the customer. When they repaired the damaged spot insurance paid for, the work was indistinguishable from the original roof, and they fixed some of the more obviously broken shingles on my roof. They are my top recommendation for roof work in the DC area."

"Oscar is the only one I go to for home repair needs. He is reasonable, thorough, does great work, and is punctual. Every thing you ask for in a contractor. I have worked with him for over 9 years now. He has installed an egress window in my basement, fixed a concrete slab issue I had with another contractor, and is currently working on painting our front, foyer, & basement drywall repair. He has also done great work for my mother in law on many occasion. He NEVER disappoints."

"I am writing this review for Lifetime Contractors. Although my review is late, it's important because they worked honestly, and I've seen them work responsibly. In March of 2024, they came to my house and saw that the roof had problems. They tried, from approval to finishing up the work. I was very pleased with their performance. And I would recommend them to anybody who wants an honest, hardworking contractor, aware of his responsibilities, to try them. Thank you."
