"Overall great job.  Answered my questions about up-charges beyond standard colors before purchase.  They made an appointment after we purchased the deal and came out and confirmed size and color (which ended up being a really close match to the rest of the house).  They then came back and Installed a new granite countertop and back splash in our office.  They were very conscientious about our back wall not being completely straight and asked about it before installing the back splash.  Job looks great and really finished off the new cabinets in our office. <br />"

"My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS. <br /> The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements. <br /> The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that. <br /> Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."
