We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Efrain investigated and figured out the best way to get the excavated soil out as well as the pavers and road base onto the property. Efrain is a man of great character. Once work began, he and his staff were incredibly respectful of our tenants, the property, and our neighbors. He was an artist in several areas, he leveled each and every paver by hand as well as used his expertise in concrete to direct areas for water to drain from the property during rainfall.
