T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. It took a couple of days to hear back from them, but once I did they were able to schedule a time to do an estimate in relatively short order because I had a tenant moving in. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of work involved (close to 900 sq ft plus some minor repairs, trim work and doors). The finished the job very quickly (just a couple of days) and it looks amazing. Highly recommend them, just remember your walls are bigger than you think."
