"It was a complex project. They were very careful with their procedures and raised sunken concrete sections next to the house and around a pool to allow for drainage. They filled the major cracks. They were courteous and on-time over several days. After many years the water in the basement problem has been resolved."

"The crew arrived on the planned date and worked diligently.  They were knowledgeable about the issues of an old house and knew exactly what they were doing.  They had to carry out the debris (concrete and dirt), and bring in the material and equipment by hand.  They were careful to partition off the part of the basement where they worked and keep dust and dirt from going out of the work area. The crew did a great job in making sure the work sites were cleaned up and everything was done right.  A truck had to come back 2 days later to finish up the river rock in the outside trench, as they had run out of material.  The yard, considering how difficult it was to dig the trench away from the house, was in very good shape.  There were tree roots ans shale that made things difficult and required  a jackhammer at times.
It was a difficult and messy job that they did wonderfully, inside and outside. I have been very pleased with the work and there has been no problems with water or excessive dampness in the basement."

"Having to go through water problems in a basement is stressful but I am so glad I went with this company. Every person I interacted with was competent and professional. Larry was my first point of contact and he was incredibly knowledgeable and contacted me regularly to check in. I had scheduled multiple quotes but Larry sold me instantly because of his knowledgeable and straightforward communication. Todd, the owner, was so kind and you can tell how thorough he is about the work he does. He took the time to explain things to me and even catch things outside their job scope to make me aware of. He was incredibly fair with the pricing of the job. Nick and Dave were the two I interacted with the most because they did a majority of the labor. They were the best. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to keep me updated and offer guidance for the long term care of my home. Having them working in my home never felt inconvenient. I could not have been more pleased with them or their work. I would highly recommend this company and the team they have assembled. Thank you for saving my home!"

"We had Bob and his crew over to repair our driveway after a particularly hard winter. He brought the full compliment of equipment and product to get the job done right. A very personable and down to earth fella, the communication from start to finish was excellent. The work performed was very good and the price very reasonable. Bob and his team have a few future projects ahead with us. Thanks Bob!"

"I recently bought a 1968 ranch home. The front and back porches and areas of the foundation were in dire need of major repair and resurfacing. I also wanted a color stain applied to the porches and the foundation when the masonry was complete. From my initial conversation with Serena, to the very detailed estimate, and throughout the job to completion, I was very happy with the timeframe and the quality of the work. Serena and Bo answered my many questions along the way. They were a pleasure to deal with; and, I am very happy with the outcome. I learned a lot about masonry from my many questions and their thorough responses. This is a family business that exhibits an attention to detail, honesty and to customer service that is hard to find these days. I realize that my project was small compared to their usual scope, but I was treated with professionalism nonetheless. I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"Really well done assessment. Installation was pro but I had to invite them back to work out a few kinks in the carpentry which they did graciously"
