I was very pleased with the estimate and decided to go ahead with the project. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered and it took about 2 weeks to get them in. I was under the gun to get the windows repaired before my new blinds were installed and in the way. Joe Lawler worked with me to ensure that the windows were repaired in time.
