"We just had the roof redone on our 2012 park model by German Roofing. Price quoted was fair and reasonable. Appointment times were made and kept throughout the process. They used 30# felt, 30 year shingles, replaced all the vent caps and replaced sheets of wood in 3 places. They shared pictures before, during and upon completion of the roof. Area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication between the office and me was excellent. We had a final inspection, with answers to all my questions, about a week after the job was completed and final payment was made then. Highly recommend this company."

"Good: Painters had the talent and for the big picture did a decent job. Bad: Painters lacked attention to detail. Minor issues to them but not to us included painting the outside of a closet door but not the inside for example. Another example - areas that should have been sanded down and then painted were just painted over. Still another example - spots were missed. We will be able to touch these up - but we shouldn't have to. Very Bad: A room was painted that was in no terms left unsaid was not to be painted. An outside door was painted without asking us from black to the new color. When complaining about the issues the owners (less the son than and more his Dad) would get upset saying we are being too picky. They kept saying we want you to be happy but when we requested something to make us more happy they were offended. They also kept making excuses about the house being old and that is why they can't do a better job. However when we called them on their bluff - they did a better job - just lazy in my opinion not lack of talent. Would I recommend them - it depends - make sure you go over everything and I mean everything in detail and be around to check on the work with diligence because they won't. Be strict with them especially the Dad because he tends to make excuses or weak if not deceptive explanations for why something couldn't be done. I realize this is a critical review. But work done should be honestly critiqued. These guys have the ability to be much better - someone just needs to teach them a lesson, or more bluntly - put a boot up their a--. They are good people and I think have a lot to offer - but they definitely need improvement on instructions and on omitting shortcuts."

However, I was told the workers would arrive at my house between 6 and 6:30 am because of the Phoenix heat and the workers arrived at about 5:30 am without advance notice. I was also told that the work would take three days, happily it only took two."
