Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Cave Creek, AZ

"We had Floyd and his crew build a guest house/casita on our property. Floyd handled all the work, from the design/architecture (done by his wife Sue), getting all the concrete work done, all the carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finish work, etc. In the end we have a beautiful 1 bed room, great room and kitchenette Casita with a rooftop deck! All the work was professionally done, very clean, high quality construction. Floyd knows his stuff, or he learns it - the roof top deck was a new experience for Floyd, but he worked closely with the materials supplier to do an excellent job and get certified for future roof deck projects! All in all, we are very well please with the results! Looking for more projects to bring Floyd in on. I would highly recommend Floyd for any remodel or new construction project!"

"Vicente is a perfectionist. He will get the project finished with extras to make sure it’s done right. I appreciated the accountability to replace tiles damaged by his crew during the renovation. This was a positive experience."

"Huge project. Easy to work with. Educated us during the process. Have used them several times & they will continue being our go-to contractor. Everything they do is done with excellence."

"Kirk Development was awesome, Tom was very helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Will use them again for our future remodel."

"I enjoyed working with Helene, Chris and their crews. While things were not perfect, as most renovation projects aren't, they were always available to listen to my questions or concerns, address and rectify issues and work with me on design changes on the fly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in the end - I was and I appreciate customer service and support like that ... it's rare lately."

"I hired OTM after purchasing an investment condo. We completely gutted both bathrooms and had additional tile and flooring projects. OTM completed the job on time and on budget. The quality is second to none and I still get compliments on how nice the bathrooms are. Completely happy and recommend OTM. I will not use anyone else in AZ."

"Outstanding work, Proline Flooring understand quality work, quick with their estimates and their availability is reasonable. They help me pick out my flooring that went with kitchen and color scheme I have. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality work done at their project or home."

"It was great working with Sean on our remodel. He assisted us in removing a wall between our kitchen & living room and reinforced the space with a beam. He built out a laundry closet complete with gas/electrical hook ups, etc. He is calm, collected and knowledgable and we appreciate his work everyday."

"The floors look great but two spots in the house are not level. The guys that did it never mentioned this to me. I noticed once the job was completed. Not happy about that but they did offer to fix at no extra cost. They did come and install molding that arrived much later than expected and for free. I was a little upset about the areas that sink in a bit but I'm gonna just leave it alone because I'm living in the home now and dreading anymore renovations or any work, haha! The comunication was good through out the process. I would recommend them and the price was good."
