They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

We saved our money and were able to move forward with the roofing project in May (over 1 year later).
